• You should bring your banners on Friday evening and they will be hung in the Provincial Ball room on Saturday for all to see.
  
• Dr. Dilip Abayasekara, our International President will be speaking on Saturday morning at 11:15 am and you can hear him for FREE !! His speech topic is “Leadership – Success with People”
  
• Dr. Dilip Abayasekara, our International President will also be our keynote speaker at the Presidential Ball Saturday evening. Come hear his “Life Lessons Learned at the Lectern”.
  
• Ed Tate, the 2000 World Champion of Public Speaking will be giving the keynote address on Saturday morning at 10:15 am and this is FREE !!
  
• You have to hurry to enter the Skit contest for the Friday night Beer and Skits event. Deadline is March 31st. Look under Forms on this website for the registration information.
  
• If you have never attended a District Convention before you are invited to the come to our First Timers event on Friday evening at 6:00 pm. Be sure and indicate on your registration form that you have never attend a Convention before. Rumor has it you will be served Champagne!
  
• Our Communication and Leadership Award winner is Judee Regan. Judee is an accomplished speaker, facilitator, gifted Storyteller and author of the book 'Meaningful Work...the Entrepreneurial Way: Your integrated guide to Career and Personal Life Management'. Her most recent book "We Don't Die Well In The Western World" is a very thought provoking book geared towards the Baby Boomers and those that are coming after.
